Storage Conditions: All components of the QuikChange Lightning Site-Directed Mutagenesis Kit should be stored at -20°C, excluding the

ultracompetent cells, which should be stored immediately at -80°C.

oligonucleotide control primers are tested using the reagents provided in the kit. The system generates mutants with an
